That last ask reminded me. My mom and I, bless her, used to always play video games together and ship characters and cry over them XD So it's possible to get your kid interested in games! Not necessarily on shipping grounds, but it's possible. I just hope I can be an awesome mom someday and play video games with her kid and cry over characters <3

That’s cute! My mom was never interested in video games, but bought them for my brother and I. She actually thought they were a big waste of time, but since we were “good” kids she indulged us. It’s actually her fault that I became obsessed with RPGs since she bought me The Legend of Zelda on NES!
